All additional signers complete their part after the primary signer finishes. The primary signer gets a link to sign first, and once they’re done, each additional signer automatically receives their own link to review and sign their sections.
What is online notarization and is it legal?
Yes, online notarization is legal and recognized in most states across the U.S. It provides the same legal validity as traditional notarization. We recommend contacting the intended recipient or organization to verify that they will accept a remotely notarized document.
What documents can I get notarized on the platform?
Nearly every document can be notarized on the platform, including affidavits, power of attorney, wills and trust, and real estate documents. However, certain documents—like marriage certificates or those intended for use outside of the United States—may not be accepted. We recommend checking with the receiving agency to ensure your document is eligible for remote online notarization.
Can two or more signers get their signatures notarized?
Yes! TruvaLink Notary Signing Services supports up to four total signers per remote online notarization session. Each signer receives a secure link via email and text to join the session from their own location.
